Bright rooms complete with shower, extra bed, for instance. The price is just right - £ 45.

Good location and good value for money on a Saturday night. Good value for money for a Saturday night. Room clean and tidy.
We didnt like the fact that you could help yourself to any door key when going out as you had to leave it behind.

Liked this brilliant accommodation with accommodating staff especially Julie the manager who was brilliant. The location of this hotel near to Swanage and Poole was excellent and unbeatable. Went for dinner at Funchal by night, located within 5 minutes walking distance.

The room had very thin walls and you could hear everyone returning. Extremely noisy around 4-5am.

We loved visiting the local beach and the nearby amusement park. The room was clean enough for our needs and great for chilling after our day out. Just be ready for a slight wait at breakfast, but it's worth it!

The breakfast was better than expected
The room had a number of parts that were tired and falling apart, most noticeably our curtain rail was already broken & it then fell down meaning we had a lighted room half the nigh . Also there was a lack of hot water.

Just an appropriate option for a swift visit in Bournemouth with best value for money ratio. The noisy neighbors were a pain, but the staff did respond promptly. If you're sensitive to sounds, pack earplugs.

Clean bedroom with own clean bathroom. Decent location at good price.
Tiny broom-closet-sized room with very thin walls (could hear neighbour snoring all night!). Very greasy breakfast.

Extreemly friendly staff, especially in the restaurant for breakfast. Easy walking distance to the BIC. Clean. Tea and coffee making facilities.
Rooms not well soundproofed. We booked the last available room. This room was close to the entrance to the hotel. We were disturbed by people returning to their rooms until 3:00 in the morning. Hotel car park fairly small and cramped. No remote control for the TV.

I loved that the location was perfect. It was just a short walk to the beach! My two girls had a blast building sandcastles and splashing in the waves. The staff was friendly, and they managed to accommodate us despite our early arrival.
My kids wished there were better facilities for families. A dedicated area for kids to play would.

Easy to find, Close to shops and restaurants, small walk to beach. Car parking at hotel.
Un-manned reception, decor drab, Bedding clean but old, worn and unironed. towels well worn. No toiletries in en-suite. Furniture very basic, ill-fitting carpets. En-suite in need of attention. This room was better than the one we were originally allocated. Food, like everything else, very basic limited choice.
